Privacy Policy
Key points.
- We collect only what you send us and what we need to run the Site and our Services.
- We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
TX4Tech is a trade name of Synergy AI Tech Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("TX4Tech", "we", "us"). We are the controller (the party responsible) for the personal information described in this Policy. You can contact us at hello@tx4tech.com or at the address in Section 16.
2. Scope
This Policy covers personal information we handle about:
- visitors to tx4tech.com and its template gallery (the "Site");
- people who contact us;
- prospects;
- the people we work with at our clients' businesses.
When we build or operate a website, app or AI assistant for a client, we process that client's customers' data on the client's behalf, as a service provider or processor. In that case the client's own privacy policy governs, and requests should go to the client. We help clients respond to them. A data processing agreement is available to clients on request.
3. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers and contact details | Name, business email, phone number, business name | You (contact form, email, calls, proposals) |
| Professional information | Your role, your business's needs, the template you liked | You |
| Communications | Messages, meeting notes, support requests, call recordings if you agree to be recorded | You |
| Commercial information | Proposals, services purchased, invoices, payment status | You; our payment processors |
| Project materials | Content, files and account access you give us to deliver the Services | You |
| Device and usage data | IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time, referring page | Automatically, via our hosting and security provider |
We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Payments are handled by processors such as Stripe or Square. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not send us health, financial-account or government-ID information unless we have agreed a secure method.
4. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and schedule calls.
- To deliver, support, bill for and improve the Services.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site, and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- To send service and account messages.
- To send occasional updates about our services if you agreed to receive them or are an existing client. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use advertising, retargeting, social-media or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies or process request data to protect the Site from attacks and bots.
If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, they will be cookie-less and aggregated, and we will update this Policy.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not track you across sites, browser Do Not Track signals do not change how the Site behaves. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell or share it.
6. How we share it
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, such as:
- website hosting and security (Cloudflare);
- form delivery (Formspree);
- email, calendar and document tools;
- CRM and invoicing;
- payment processing (Stripe or Square);
- telephony;
- AI model providers, when you use an AI service we provide.
- Team members and subcontractors who need it to perform the Services and are bound by confidentiality.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets. Any successor must honor this Policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months.
7. International transfers
We are a U.S. company. Your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our team members and service providers operate, and those countries may have different data-protection laws. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) or an adequacy decision. We require recipients to protect it as described in this Policy.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client records, contracts and invoices: for the engagement plus 7 years, for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Project materials: deleted or returned within 30 days after Services end, unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires otherwise.
- Security and request logs: typically 30 days or less.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. These include:
- encryption in transit;
- multi-factor authentication;
- least-privilege access;
- vetted providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
10. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop marketing messages;
- withdraw a consent you gave.
Email hello@tx4tech.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your identity using information we already hold before acting. We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you, and in any case within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Additional rights by region are described below.
11. U.S. state privacy rights
Several U.S. states give residents specific privacy rights. Among them are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and Oregon. Subject to the conditions and exceptions in those laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients (see Sections 3–6).
- Delete and correct personal information.
- Data portability, in a usable format.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information, of targeted advertising, and of profiling for significant decisions. We do none of these.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use it for purposes that require this right.
- Appeal our decision on your request. Reply to our decision with the subject "Appeal". If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.
You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. California residents: this Policy is our notice at collection. The categories of personal information we collected in the past 12 months are those listed in Section 3. We disclosed them for business purposes to the categories of recipients in Section 6, and we retain them as described in Section 8. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
12. EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (or the Swiss FADP) applies to our processing of your data, these are our legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the Services and act on your requests before you sign.
- Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve the Site and our business, to keep records, to defend claims, and for limited business-to-business marketing. Our interests do not override your rights.
- Consent: where we ask for it, such as optional marketing or call recording. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
You have the right to:
- access, rectification, erasure and restriction;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (including direct marketing, which we will stop at any time);
- not be subject to solely automated decisions.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first. Providing personal information is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your request or provide the Services.
13. Mexico
If Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties applies to your information:
- This Policy is our privacy notice (aviso de privacidad). A Spanish version is available.
- Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you): responding to enquiries, quotes, delivering and billing the Services, and legal compliance.
- Secondary purposes (optional): service updates and marketing. You may object to the secondary purposes at any time by writing to hello@tx4tech.com, without affecting the primary purposes.
- Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights), revoke your consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your data. Send a request to the same address including:
- your name and a means to respond;
- proof of identity or representation;
- a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Transfers. The transfers we make are described in Sections 6 and 7. Transfers to service providers acting on our behalf do not require your consent.
- Consent. If you do not object after this notice is made available to you, you consent to the processing described here, except where the law requires express consent.
- Complaints. You may file a complaint with the competent Mexican data-protection authority.
14. Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
